The fine print, in plain English.
Is there a contract?
Yes — a simple one-page service agreement. Either side can end it at any time with four weeks’ written notice, and it renews for a further 12 months by agreement. Read the terms.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cheque, using the details on your invoice. Payments more than 30 days overdue may lead to the service being paused until the account is settled.
When do my 60 days start?
On the day you sign up. For example: if you sign up on the 30th of November, your 60 days will run until the end of January — your first monthly payment will be in February 2027.
What happens after the 60-day offer?
Your tracker stays installed and monitoring simply continues at the standard $25 a month per unit. Nothing to reinstall, nothing to renew.
Do I need to buy the tracker?
On the 60/60 offer the unit and installation are included in the $60. On the standard plan the tracker is $150 and installation is $50, paid once.
Can I move a tracker to another vehicle?
Yes — contact us and we’ll arrange a re-install. If you sell a vehicle with a tracker fitted, let us know first so we can remove or deactivate the unit; the service itself isn’t transferable to the new owner.
How many people can use the portal?
Up to 10 users per account, on phone and computer, 24 hours a day. Vehicle position and status update every 15 seconds.
